Fast Forward IMG is committed to permission-based email marketing practices, and have
established this no-tolerance Anti-Spam Policy.

Fast Forward IMG may update this policy and provide notice of any changes on its home page.
Your use of this website constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions of our Anti-Spam Policy.

Spam is commercial email or unsolicited bulk email, including junk mail, which has not been requested by the recipient. Spam is the opposite of permission-based email.

Spam is not an accepted promotion technique and Fast Forward IMG does not condone or engage in Spam and does not tolerate Spam of any sort.

All Members, Affiliates, Ambassadors, Joint Venture Partners, Customers and
active students of any Fast Forward owned or operated site, are strictly forbidden to advertise or promote Fast Forward IMG programs, products, or services, via any form of Spam.
Fast Forward IMG Ambassadors, Joint Venture Partners, Customers and active students, agree to comply with this Anti-Spam Policy. Fast Forward IMG reserves the right to determine in its sole discretion what constitutes Spam.

Fast Forward IMG Ambassadors, Joint Venture Partners, Customers and active students found to be using Fast Forward IMG programs, products or services to engage in Spam may, at Fast Forward IMG discretion, be immediately cut off from use of all Fast Forward IMG programs, products and services.

Fast Forward IMG will take any steps it deems necessary to prevent it from being involved in Spam and will legally pursue any person(s) or organization(s) that involve it in Spam allegations.
If damages of any kind are levied against Fast Forward IMG, it will pursue full legal recourse against the offending person(s) and/or organization(s) under any and all applicable laws.

If you believe that you have received Spam connected to Fast Forward IMG in any way,
send a complaint including the unsolicited email, to abuse[@]fastforward.ie.

You may also provide any other information that you believe may help a Fast Forward IMG investigation.
Fast Forward IMG does not investigate or take any action based on anonymous Spam complaints.

Individuals who sign up on any Fast Forward IMG website for training, programs, free evening seminars, teleclasses,
products or for any other reason, and provide their email address, give Fast Forward IMG permission to send information on Fast Forward IMG programs, products and services to said email address.

In order to protect your privacy, Fast Forward IMG does not sell, share or trade our subscriber
list with anyone for any reason and you may unsubscribe at any time.

OVERVIEW:
Fast Forward IMG prohibits the use of our Services in any manner associated with the transmission, distribution or delivery of any unsolicited bulk or unsolicited commercial e-mail (”Spam”).
You may not use any Fast Forward owned services to send Spam.

You also may not deliver Spam or cause Spam to be delivered to any of Fast Forward IMG’s Services or customers.

In addition, e-mail sent, or caused to be sent, to or through our Services may not:

* Use or contain invalid or forged headers;

* Use or contain invalid or non-existent domain names;

* Employ any technique to otherwise misrepresent, hide or obscure any information in identifying the
point of origin or the transmission path;

* Use other means of deceptive addressing;

* Use a third party’s internet domain name, or be relayed from or through a third party’s equipment,
without permission of the third party;

* Contain false or misleading information in the subject line or otherwise contain false or misleading content;

* Fail to comply with additional technical standards described below;

* Otherwise violate Fast Forward IMG’s Terms of Use.
Fast Forward IMG does not authorize the harvesting, mining or collection of e-mail addresses or other information
from or through our Services. Fast Forward IMG does not permit or authorize others to use our Services to collect,
compile or obtain any information about its customers or subscribers, including but not limited to subscriber e-mail addresses, which are Fast Forward IMG’s confidential and proprietary information. Use of our Services is also subject to the Fast Forward Privacy Statement and the Fast Forward Terms of Use and Notices.

Fast Forward IMG does not permit or authorize any attempt to use our services in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair any aspect of any of of our Services, or that could interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any Fast Forward owned service.

If Fast Forward IMG believes that unauthorized or improper use is being made of any of our services, we may, without notice, take such action as it, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate, including blocking messages from a particular internet domain, mail server or IP address.

Fast Forward IMG may immediately terminate any account on any Service which wedetermine, in our sole
discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any e-mail that violates this policy.

Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit or send e-mail to, or through, any Fast Forward owned Services.

Failure to enforce this policy in every instance does not amount to a waiver of Fast Forward IMG’s rights.

Unauthorized use of the ANY of Fast Forward`s Services in connection with the transmission of unsolicited e-mail,
including the transmission of e-mail in violation of this policy, may result in civil, criminal, or administrative
penalties against the sender and those assisting the sender.
